The Learning Experience
- Billerica is looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to bring their skills, creativity, and leadership to our teaching team. We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will work with you to find the classroom that best matches your experience and preferred age group.

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Create positive classroom routines and use consistent positive guidance
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Communicate regularly with families
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
  
  Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education

• $23-$25 per hour
