We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our student support team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, support students with individualized needs, and promote skill development across academic, social, and functional areas. This role requires a professional who is collaborative, patient, and committed to fostering student success in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on student progress and program effectiveness.
- Provide direct support to students in educational, social, and community settings.
- Assist with developing and reinforcing daily living, communication, and social skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure consistency in behavior support.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $25 to $30 Per Hour
Job Requirements- --High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
--Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
--Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
--Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
--Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a growth mindset.
--Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
--Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred but not required). - Citizenship, residency or work visa required
