  • Support compliance with Mass Save program requirements, Massachusetts mechanical code, and manufacturer specifications
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors and manufacturers (Mitsubishi, Midea/ACIQ, Fujitsu, LG) on technical specifications
  • Provide engineering support to field crews during installation and commissioning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (4-year program) - required for TN Visa eligibility
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC engineering experience - heat pumps, mini-splits, VRF, or commercial HVAC
  • Mexican or Canadian citizenship and eligibility for TN Visa (USMCA)
  • English at CEFR B2 (upper-intermediate) or higher - written and verbal
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and HVAC design tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturer specifications
