Equipment Engineer II
Duration: 6 Months
Location:
880 Technology Park Drive Billerica Massachusetts 01821 Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
- Change Orders / Engineering Change Management
- Equipment Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Equipment Qualification & Calibration/Metrology
- Manufacturing Equipment Troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Process Improvement & Equipment Reliability
- Support manufacturing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Execute equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Manage calibration and metrology activities to ensure compliance.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor OEE, downtime, and equipment performance metrics.
- Support automation systems and production equipment.
- Develop validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve yield and uptime.
