Job Title: Maintenance Systems & Reliability Consultant
Contract: Initial 12 Month Contract
Onsite Requirement: Fully on site, Lee, MA
W2 competitive hourly rate
We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Lee, MA, who is looking for an experienced Maintenance Systems & Reliability Consultant to join their engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive equipment reliability and maintenance strategy (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
- Manage preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Optimise the BMRAM CMMS and maintenance planning.
- Lead calibration activities and ensure GMP compliance.
- Support continuous improvement, capital projects, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage a small maintenance and calibration team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' maintenance/reliability experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Leadership experience within engineering or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, reliability tools, and GMP regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
