BIM Coordinator
Boston, MA | EFR Mechanical
EFR Mechanical is looking for a detail-obsessed and tech-savvy BIM Coordinator to bring plumbing systems to life-digitally. You'll be the glue between design and execution, ensuring flawless coordination on commercial plumbing projects.
Develop and manage 3D plumbing models (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
Detect clashes and resolve coordination issues
Generate construction drawings & schedules
Train and support staff on BIM tools
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers & field teams
Stay sharp on emerging BIM technology and workflows
BIM coordination experience (especially in construction or MEP)
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Knowledge of plumbing systems & construction drawings
Strong communicator & collaborator
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Must have prior plumbing and HVAC modeling experience
