Molex is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process development and manufacturing improvements at the Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, MA. You will drive process design, qualification, optimization, and NPI for RF, microwave, medical, and specialty cable products.
You will collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Equipment Development teams to ensure robust processes, effective launches, and continuous improvement across the facility.
