The M&A Associate will support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a self starter with significant experience in financial modeling and financial statement analysis, and an ability to work with a degree of autonomy.

This role will have significant exposure to all aspects of deal making and will work closely with the private equity sponsor.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating acquisition opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of investment banking, Big-4 Transaction Advisory, private equity, corporate development or management consulting experience
