Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month-end-close, working hands‑on within the GL, and staff management experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the budgeting & forecasting processes.
- Oversee Cash Flow projections.
- Own the month‑end‑close process.
- Work hands‑on within the GL.
- Oversee AP/AR teams.
- Work cross functionally to improve financial processes.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience owning the month‑end‑close.
- Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
