Financial Services Representative — Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Services Representative to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and financial/accounting experience who is looking for long-term career growth.

This position starts at $17/hour during the temporary period
, with an increase to $19–$21/hour upon permanent hire
, based on performance and experience.

• Reconcile and monitor financial transactions
• Process customer refunds, chargebacks, and returned checks
• Review and code expense invoices for processing
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
• Perform customer account and credit card reconciliations
• Respond to customer account inquiries in a professional manner
• Conduct variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting
• Compile monthly financial report packages
• Process checks and daily payment activities

• Minimum of 1 year of related financial, accounting, or customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
