Job TitleCorporate Tax Manager
Responsibilities• Manage a department and oversee a large complex portfolio of tax clients.
• Provide high‑level compliance and advisory services for SMEs, OMBs and select international groups.
• Handle a broad range of tax issues including business reorganisations, share schemes, R&D tax credits, M&A, acquisitions, disposals, exit planning and succession planning.
• Develop client services, grow the tax portfolio, and increase awareness of the firm’s tax services.
- CTA or ACA Qualified.
- Proven track record of business development.
- Experience at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level within a tax practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax issues and comprehensive understanding of business and corporate tax matters.
The role is based in the Newbury office and is commutable from Basingstoke, Andover, Reading, Theale, Hungerford, Swindon, and surrounding areas.
