About the Role
The Clear Par Loan Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills located in the US to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team.
Responsibilities and Impact- Maintain day‑to‑day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering and support questions and requests from internal and external clients.
- Perform onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team.
- Support clients and the business with operational duties and account maintenance functions to ensure data integrity.
- Review onboarding documentation and create and maintain entity identifiers, user and trade accounts across multiple platforms; assist clients with self‑service functionalities and stay knowledgeable on platform integrations.
- Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts to ensure a quality‑controlled onboarding process across multiple products.
- Strictly adhere to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality‑controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closing primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades.
- Pro‑actively identify internal and external account and system related issues; collaborate with internal partners and management on resolution plans and escalations.
- Capture and channel user feedback through effective communication and listening skills.
- Partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on projects to service clients and facilitate continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Be willing to cross‑train with neighboring divisions to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients.
Salary range: $47,000 to $60,000 annually, based on geographic location, experience, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.
BasicRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise.
- Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with internet‑based applications.
- Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes.
- Eagerness to learn with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong process improvement skills.
- Salesforce experience.
- Customer service experience.
