Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions and engages clients in deep conversations to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.

- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity.
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly, determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
