Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic with a tablet;
Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing and opening new accounts in compliance with policies;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash devices management (cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
