Location: Hadley
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Hadley, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loans, using your expertise in home lending products. You will work closely with clients, helping them navigate their mortgage needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the branch team, developing strong partnerships with retail branches, and providing exceptional customer experiences. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience along with over 3 years of mortgage lending experience is required.
