  • Leverage data (e.g., line utilization, deposit trends, credit scores, etc.) to identify and mitigate potential or emerging risk.
  • Accurately apply credit policies, judiciously recommending approval of reasonable exceptions when the overall credit profile fits within the bank's risk tolerance, and assign risk rates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with customers and/or relationship management teams to obtain required financial statements and other information.
  • Manage higher‑risk relationships, facilitate transfers to workout as necessary.
  • Negotiate with customers to restructure debt or take other actions to mitigate higher‑risk credits.

  • Work with Loan Operations, as necessary, to ensure data integrity and resolve issues.
  • Assist borrowers with various servicing requests (release collateral, guarantors, etc.).
  • Review and address key data integrity processes and reports.
  • Represent the PM team in technology, process‑improvement, or other initiatives to improve speed, efficiency, and operational integrity of the team.
  • Respond to audits, regulatory exams, and other third‑party reviews.
Required Skills

  • Diligent organization and follow‑through.
  • Sound judgment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • Report writing skills.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (highly preferred).
  • At least five years of direct experience in a commercial lending environment.
