Controller Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Controller to lead the day-to-day accounting operations for a leading long-term care organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who enjoys managing accounting operations while contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate is looking to grow into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role and will work closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, budgeting, reimbursement analysis, and organizational performance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in long-term care finance, a thorough understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and a proven ability to lead and develop an accounting team.
