Repligen seeks a Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for multiple manufacturing sites, including Marlborough, with daily operations support and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive cost optimization, partner with site leaders, and oversee a small finance team across sites.
The role requires 7–10 years in finance within manufacturing, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong ERP/SAP experience. MBA/CPA is preferred.
