North Easton Savings Bank seeks a Treasury Services Officer to manage cash management solutions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. You will design and implement treasury products, optimize liquidity, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Partner with research and finance teams to forecast cash needs for complex projects, analyze risk, and improve transaction efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design and manage treasury and cash management solutions for biotech and pharma clients
- Monitor and optimize liquidity, cash positioning, and short-term investments
- Lead cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis for complex research projects
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate service terms and pricing
- Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, and internal risk policies
- Implement and maintain treasury management systems and digital tools
- Collaborate with finance and research leaders on capital planning and funding needs
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership on treasury performance
- Identify process improvements to enhance transaction efficiency and controls
- Support onboarding and training for internal stakeholders on treasury services
