You will manage a portfolio of consumer and biotech-focused business clients, provide tailored deposit and lending solutions, and deliver exceptional service across branch and digital channels. Collaborating with specialists, you'll identify opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and help fuel groundbreaking medical research through thoughtful financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer and business banking relationships
- Provide tailored deposit, lending, and cash management solutions
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products
- Deliver high-quality service across branch, phone, and digital channels
- Collaborate with internal specialists to support biotech and healthcare clients
- Cross-sell bank products to meet individual and business customer needs
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance standards
- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, payments, and transfers
- Support loan applications, documentation, and onboarding activities
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, pipelines, and relationship activities
