North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a Business Banking Officer to grow and manage relationships with small and mid-sized businesses. In this client-facing role, you'll develop new business, analyze financial statements, and structure credit, deposit, and cash management solutions. You will collaborate closely with credit, underwriting, and branch teams to deliver exceptional service while managing portfolio risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business banking relationships
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate credit, deposit, and cash management solutions
- Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness for loan requests
- Prepare, present, and structure commercial loan proposals in line with bank policy
- Cross-sell banking, insurance, and investment products to deepen relationships
- Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and branch teams to ensure excellent client service
- Monitor loan performance, covenant compliance, and risk within assigned portfolio
- Prospect new business clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Represent North Easton Savings Bank in local business and community events
