As a Commercial Relationship Manager at North Easton Savings Bank, you will build and manage a portfolio of biotech and pharmaceutical commercial clients, providing tailored credit, treasury, and cash management solutions. You will analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure lending facilities that support complex R&D and growth needs. In partnership with product and credit teams, you'll develop proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will also identify cross sell opportunities, deepen client relationships, and represent the bank at industry and community events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial biotech and pharmaceutical clients
- Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk for lending opportunities
- Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans and credit facilities
- Provide treasury, cash management, and banking solutions tailored to client needs
- Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and credit quality
- Collaborate with credit, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Prepare credit memos, proposals, and presentations for internal approval
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry trends
- Represent the bank at industry events and within the local business community
