Location: Middleboro
North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a client-focused Relationship Banker to join our Finance team in the Banking, Insurance & Investment space. In this hybrid role, you will build and deepen customer relationships, provide tailored banking, insurance, and investment solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. You'll handle account opening, transactions, and consultative sales while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for retail banking clients, delivering exceptional service
- Open and service checking, savings, loan, and deposit accounts accurately
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, insurance, and investment solutions
- Meet or exceed individual and branch sales and relationship goals
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all bank policies and regulations
- Educate clients on digital and mobile banking tools to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with finance and investment partners to deepen client relationships
- Resolve complex client issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and core banking systems
- Participate in continuous training to stay current on products and regulations
