Manages the proper delivery of commercial documents in the commercial loan origination process; prepares all documents from the point of commitment to the closing of a loan. Ensures quality of loan documentation and assists with commercial loan reviews and regulatory compliance. Interacts with commercial loan customers, closing attorneys and other Bank employees, while always supporting the Bank's philosophy of /p>
