The Town of Needham is seeking a Field Assessor to perform systematic field data verification and review of personal property, and to assess all new growth parcels in the town. You will mail 38D income/expense requests and Forms of List while collating responses.
Under the Assistant Director of Assessing, you’ll conduct inspections, enter data in CAMA, interact with property owners, and help determine exemption status as part of a comprehensive assessment program.
