Town of Yarmouth Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Assessor to support property records and uniform, full-value assessments under the Finance/Assessing Department. You will work with the Director, Board of Assessors, and Treasurer/Collector on tax warrants and abatement applications.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree with three years of office experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and MA Accredited Assessor certification or progress within two years is expected.
