• Execute advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application to offer comprehensive beauty treatments
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools like straight razors and ensuring a clean work environment
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
• Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products like nail care items or hair accessories
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling retail transactions with retail math accuracy
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development and uphold high service standards

• Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling projects
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY for efficient appointment management and sales processing
• Knowledge of hair extensions application techniques and color theory to deliver personalized results
• Hands-on experience with sanitation protocols for tools like straight razors and other equipment to ensure client safety
