Position: Licensed Esthetician (Sign-on Bonus Available)

Responsibilities

Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want; the main duties include washing, styling, cutting, perming, and coloring hair, and staying updated on ongoing hair styling trends.

Qualifications

Active State License (i.e., licensed in each field of practice)
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Provide Hair/Nail services
Good communication skills
Compassionate and caring
Experience working with seniors is a plus.

Sign-on Bonus

The employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:

25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the employee must:

Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable)
Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and
Effectively utilize RSS systems.

25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.

50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
