Position: Resident Nail Specialist/Licensed Nail Technician (Sign-on Bonus Available)

Part‑Time Resident Nail Specialist – No Nights or Weekends!

Sign‑On Bonus

The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign‑on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:

  • 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90‑day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
    • Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable)
    • Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols
    • Effectively utilize RSS systems
  • 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
  • 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature clientele.
  • Create a clean, calming, and safe service environment.
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with residents through kind, respectful interactions.
  • Use techniques and products suited for mature skin and nails.
  • Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
What We’re Looking For
  • Current license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
  • Experience with older adults or in residential/healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and a heart for service.
