Position: NAIL TECHNICIAN- PT
Location: Town Pasture

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide professional manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and polish application.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.

Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.

Assess member needs and recommend appropriate nail care treatments or products.

Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.

Follow scheduling, time management, and service protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.

Support the overall member experience by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Generally Applicable Competencies Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

Punctuality and dependability.

Ability to maintain accurate records.

Adhere to all club policies, procedures and rules contained in The Westmoor Club Employee Handbook.

Ability to maintain professional relationships with all clients.

Thorough understanding of service and hospitality

Requires excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Minimum Education /Prior Experience/ Qualifications Required Must hold current Massachusetts License Prior club spa experience a plus Standard Club Requirements:

Employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance while on the job. Clothing is to be kept clean and pressed. Personal cleanliness is expected, including wearing deodorant, bathing and oral hygiene. Excessive make-up and jewelry is not permitted. Employees are expected to arrive to work on time and leave personal belongings at home or in a locker. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members, management and other staff
