• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff members in hair styling techniques, customer service excellence, and salon operations to foster team growth.

• Proficiency in hair styling techniques including precision cuts, blowouts, braiding, and updos.
• Expertise in color theory for creating vibrant highlights, balayage, or corrective color services.
• Experience with specialized services such as hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and store management.
• Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for booking and retail management.
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Familiarity with barbering techniques including straight razor shaves for versatile service offerings.
• Retail math skills for inventory management and sales optimization.
