The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cosmetology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. We are an Aveda Salon and only use Aveda products.

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to clients' preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional recommendations based on color theory and hair care practices.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Willing to participate in continuing education to stay up to date with current styles.

• Proficient in modern hairstyling methods.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and hair treatments.
• Experience in upselling products and services effectively.
