• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using various techniques and products to meet each client's needs.
• Provide additional beauty services such as nail art, gel polish application, acrylics, or natural nail care to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in strict accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend nail care routines, products, or upgrades like nail extensions or shellac finishes.
• Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, hand creams, or treatment serums to boost sales and client loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry techniques through ongoing training and research.

• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including cuticle treatment, shaping, polishing, and advanced services like gel or acrylic nails.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Deep understanding of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and work spaces.
• Familiarity with cosmetology principles related to skin health, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships.
• Knowledge of color theory for nail art design that complements skin tones and current trends.
• Strong retail math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills to explain treatments clearly and recommend suitable services confidently.
