Dr. Renée Moran Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Master Esthetician who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, creating outstanding results, and helping patients look and feel their absolute best.

As a Master Esthetician, you'll play a key role in both patient care and practice growth by:

• Performing advanced aesthetic treatments including:
  Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Morpheus8, Virtue RF, Cool Sculpting, and other medical-grade skin rejuvenation treatments
• Conducting comprehensive consultations and creating customized treatment plans
• Recommending professional skincare regimens for every patient
• Educating patients on treatment options, skincare products, and long-term aesthetic goals
• Assisting with treatment plan conversions and cross-promoting services when appropriate
• Supporting patient retention through exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Assisting with social media content, events, and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
• Collaborating with providers and team members to create an exceptional patient experience
• Assisting with front desk responsibilities until your treatment schedule is fully established

The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed Class 6 Esthetician in Massachusetts
• 1–5+ years of medical aesthetics experience
• Experienced with advanced skincare and body contouring treatments|
• Comfortable educating patients and recommending treatment plans
• Outgoing, confident, and highly personable
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and delivering outstanding results
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excited to continue learning and growing within the industry
• Team‑oriented while also able to work independently
