Esthetician

We are looking for part‑time estheticians at our store in Newton, Massachusetts. Restore Hyper Wellness offers Cryoskin and Hydrafacial services.

Hourly rate of $16‑$20 per hour with significant performance‑based commission offered after the initial probationary period.

Location:

part‑time positions available at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham, or Dedham.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy is seeking a motivated licensed esthetician to help grow our Cryoskin business in our store.

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Develop a client base and meet or exceed appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Keep accurate records of each client's session.
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Complete thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers.
• Cross‑sell complementary services available at Restore.
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products to support and enhance client service.
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities.
• When not with clients, assist in other store operations: greet customers, answer phones, process retail sales through POS, provide customer tours, sell services, operate equipment, perform light cleaning, etc.

• Licensed esthetician or similar background (experience or certification in using Cryo Skin and Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required).
