Job Description:
We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time role offers a consistent 40-hour work week in a supportive environment focused on providing high-quality care to residents.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs

• Active MA PT license
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
