Mainduties of the job
As a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational leadership of a care home. This includes ensuring high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing a team of staff, and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
