About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time Clinician opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master’s Level Clinicians working toward licensure in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Franklin, MA. Our PHP is group-based and short-term for individuals requiring higher-level care. Our teams promote a therapeutic, safe, and supportive group. The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatment is within the scope of the clinician’s training and experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct intakes and handle both case and crisis management
- Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community resources
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related mental health field from an accredited program (Counseling or Social Work preferred)
- License eligible (LMHC/LICSW)
- Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, ER, etc.
- Comfortable with a‑paced environment and handling crisis clients
- Nonjudgmental ability to foster self‑sufficiency through problem‑solving and practical skills
- Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
- Demonstrated sensitivity to clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
- Good time‑management skills to maintain timely record keeping
- Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship, work documentation, and must pass a CORI, drug test, and other pre‑employment checks
