Position SummaryThe Certified Medical Assistant collaborates with and assists patients, physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses in executing CHP's mission and vision. The ideal candidate has a pleasant personality and is willing to travel to various CHP practices in Berkshire County. Some weekends may be required. The role supports a caring, collaborative, and innovative work environment and adheres to CHP’s policies and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited CMA program.
- Massachusetts Certified Medical Assistant Certification required.
- Medical office and electronic medical records experience is a plus.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
- Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and respect in interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Clinical Support ADA compliance.
Additional Details- Full-Time, Non-Exempt position.

MA, Lee, CHP Lee Family Practice. - Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
