Rebuilding First Responders Program – South Easton, MA
Rebuilding First Responders Program is seeking 1–3 part-time clinicians to join our specialized outpatient team in South Easton, Massachusetts. This role is focused on group facilitation for an exclusive population of first responders and military veterans navigating substance use, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and operational stress.
This is a unique opportunity to work within the first-of-its-kind program in Massachusetts, built specifically for the responder community and led by professionals who understand the culture firsthand.
Position Overview- Start Date:Early–Mid March 2026
- Schedule:3–4 hour blocks between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Single-day or multi-day availability welcome
- Pay Range:$50–$75/hour

Primary Responsibilities- Facilitate clinical group therapy for first responders and veterans
- Support clients through evidence-based, trauma-informed group work
- Complete required documentation and group notes in Kipu EMR
(experience with Kipu is a plus)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain strong professional boundaries, confidentiality, and cultural competence
Candidates must meetat least oneof the following:
- Direct experience working clinically with first responders and/or veterans, OR
- Personal background as a first responder or military veteran
- Proven experience running therapy groups (required)
- Ability to provide services in person (required)
- Strong understanding of trauma, responder culture, and confidentiality
- Experience with SUD and/or mental health treatment strongly preferred
- LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure
- Master’s-level clinicians or interns in a graduate track considered
- Background in trauma treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, etc.) a plus
This is not a standard outpatient setting. Our program is designed exclusively for those who serve:
- Law Enforcement
- EMS/Dispatch
- Corrections & Court Officers
- Military Veterans
- Trauma-impacted frontline professionals
