Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) is excited to welcome a Part Time BCBA to our growing team. This role is perfect for school based BCBAs or clinicians looking for meaningful, flexible clinical work outside of school hours. ABC provides center based and in home ABA services in a supportive, team oriented environment where clinicians are valued and supported.

Salary Commensurate with Experience

Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism.

Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Valid BCBA license
  • LABA (or ability to be licensed in MA)
  • At least 3 years of experience in ABA
  • Experience working with parents and families
  • Strong administrative and clinical skill set
