Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: West Bridgewater, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 40 hrs/week; 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Human Edge Health is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in West Bridgewater, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, enhancing their mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each resident's needs.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and prescribed exercises.

• Current Massachusetts PTA license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PTA, with preference for skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and confidently.
