Pay $19-$20.25, commensurate with experience, and Shift Diffs

Full Time 7a-3p and 3p-11p

Part Time:
All shifts on weekends, Every other Mon. 7a-3p, Every other Fri. 7a-3p

The Commons in Lincoln, a premier community within Benchmark, is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our Assisted Living/Mind and Memory team! As a CNA/HHA , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
