About This Position:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the individuals we serve. This role offers valuable training and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients' Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model, supporting clients in attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver's check.
