Caregiver Rate: $25 per hour

We are seeking an experienced, calm, and reliable helper to support a male client with severe end-stage dementia
. The client is mobile and ambulates independently but may become agitated during personal care
, particularly bathing and toileting. A caregiver with strong dementia-care skills and the ability to redirect behavior safely and respectfully is essential.

• Assistance with toileting, bathing, and dressing
• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during personal care
• Clean the bathroom as needed after use
• Change bed linens and complete client laundry
• Assist the client in transitioning safely to the living room after morning care

• Assist with toileting
• Help the client get settled and safely into bed

• Friday to Sunday
• Morning: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM (2 hours)
• Evening: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 hour)

• Proven experience working with advanced dementia patients
• Skilled in de-escalation and redirection techniques
• Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated demeanor
• BLS or First Aid certification required
• Comfortable managing occasional agitation while prioritizing safety and dignity

This role is best suited for a helper who understands the complexities of advanced dementia care and can provide
structured, compassionate support while maintaining a peaceful and safe environment.
