Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Active State License is required to start the assignment.

• Shift Details: 40 hrs. per week, Rotating Days Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, or 8:30am - 5:00pm
• No Holiday, No Weekend shifts required
