Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician; LICSW​/Psychologist

Life Stance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed therapists or psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in the South Shore. The role supports a split schedule with integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, clinical acumen, and experience working across the lifespan with empirically supported treatments in a primary‑care setting.

• Embedded within primary care teams to provide integrated behavioral health services to pediatric patients.
• Use evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment for acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns.
• Conduct depression, anxiety, and other condition screens and consult frequently with medical professionals.
• Maintain a quick‑pace, interdisciplinary collaboration and provide timely interventions.

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in primary‑care or integrated care environments.
• Familiarity with evidence‑based therapies and screening protocols.

• Above‑average W2 compensation.
• Flexible scheduling: 2 days telehealth, 3 days in‑office.
