Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups

Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and role fit)
- 10% annual bonus opportunity (paid quarterly)
- Bonus eligibility based on maintaining an average of 27 billable hours per week
A Day in the Role
- Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
- Work within a play-based classroom setting
- Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
- Review data and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- LABA required
