Assistant Program Manager – Rutland, MA
Pay range: $22.79 - $26.98 per hour (depending on experience and education).
Schedule:
Sunday–Wednesday.
$1,000 sign‑on bonus. Additional $250 bonus if MAP certified.
- Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
- Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
- Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
- Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
- 192 PTO hours per year and 64 sick hours per year

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma with two years of congregate care experience or bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required. Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, in Rutland, MA.
- Must be MAP certified, or be able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
