Worcester-Caregivers -Petersham, Hardwick

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers to provide in-home senior care services in Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and surrounding areas
.

We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities, companionship, and household assistance
. This is a full-time position with consistent hours available
, especially in rural service areas.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organization)
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

• Reliable transportation required (travel between towns may be needed)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
